Matt Cail is a Pacific Northwest native and attended the University of Washington for both undergrad and post-graduate studies. In 1997 Matt's online career began as a message board and web design pioneer. After college Matt worked on technology and telecommunications policy in Washington, DC for 5 years. He helped author a report critical of the federal, state and local government's communications following Hurricane Katrina, as well as helped oversee the Digital Television Transition. He has also researched competition in the online video industry, interviewing and working with companies from Google to Netflix to Comcast. During that time he also won 3 community and honors awards for his work for the U.S. Congress.
In 2007, Matt moved back to the Puget Sound area and founded Super Charge Marketing, a firm that combines research and consulting with web design and social media expertise.
Matt is also a past TEDx speaker and Leadership Snohomish County graduate. His clients include local cities, nonprofits, private industry, associations, startups, authors and others. Services have ranged from writing effective content to lead generation. He regularly provides training to private groups and companies when he is not directly working on improving an organization's online presence and digital marketing.
He makes his home in Lynnwood with his wife, three children, a cat and a dachshund who thinks she’s a cat.
